The resort with five unique villas is located in a small tourist town on the southwest coast of the island of Pag in a relaxing natural landscape on a hill above the town and its quiet bay, only 160m from the sea and a sandy beach. The first phase with two villas is under construction, and completion is expected by the end of 2023.
The island of Pag is connected to the mainland by a bridge. It is easily accessible, only 35 minutes from Zadar and the highway and 55 minutes from Zadar airport. Pag is known for its unique rocky landscape rich in Mediterranean plants and endless sandy beaches. It is famous for its sheep cheese and lamb.
The perfect setting to indulge all your senses in a one-story villa with a spacious living room with a fireplace, four 25 m2 bedrooms with king-size beds, a 40 m2 living/entertainment room and a large terrace with a 40 m2 heated infinity pool overlooking bay and mountains.
